Refund Policy

1. General Policy

 

Because all fabrics are sourced specifically for each client and event, The Family Cloth Ltd operates a limited-refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds are only available if:

  • The Aso Ebi fabric order has not been delivered at least five (5) weeks before the event date, and

  • The delay is directly caused by The Family Cloth Ltd.

Please note: If a refund is approved, in most cases, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging, before the refund is processed.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances


Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom or specially-sourced fabric orders

  • Delays caused by clients or guests (e.g., late webpage circulation, incomplete information, or missed purchase deadlines)

  • Guest preference changes after order confirmation

4. Process


Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@thefamilycloth.com within 7 days of the missed delivery window. Each request will be reviewed individually.

5. Shipping Issues


If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly. Replacement or partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
