1. About Us
The Family Cloth Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a UK-registered company providing Aso Ebi fabric coordination and distribution services. Our registered address and contact email are available at info@thefamilycloth.com.
2. Our Services
We coordinate and supply Aso Ebi fabrics on behalf of celebrants and event organisers. We do not provide tailoring or clothing production services.
3. Ordering & Payment
All orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments are processed securely via our online checkout or approved payment methods. Orders are considered final once confirmed.
4. Timelines
We aim to deliver Aso Ebi fabrics to guests 8–12 weeks before the event. All selections and sales must be finalised 13–16 weeks before the celebration date to allow adequate processing and shipping time.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
-
Providing accurate event dates and guest information.
-
Sharing the personalised Aso Ebi order webpage with guests in a timely manner.
-
Ensuring guests complete their purchases before the agreed deadlines.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK and may offer Lagos collection points for guests based in Nigeria. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping conditions.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds will only be granted if Aso Ebi fabrics are not delivered at least five (5) weeks before the event date.
No refunds are available for custom orders or delays caused by clients or guests (for example, late webpage circulation or unresponsiveness).
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@thefamilycloth.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect loss, delay, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or customs issues.
9. Intellectual Property
All branding, images, and content associated with The Family Cloth remain our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
